Eftersom jag har ont i ryggen och ofta f\u00e5r huvudv\u00e4rk p\u00e5 grund av sp\u00e4nda nackmuskler, s\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar jag varje morgon med 5-10 minuters yoga. Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven ett bra s\u00e4tt att f\u00e5 ig\u00e5ng blodcirkulationen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ibland tr\u00e4nar jag lite p\u00e5 dagarna, n\u00e4r det finns tid, smyger in en stretch\u00f6vning p\u00e5 jobb eller rullar ut yogamattan i vardagsrummet. Det beh\u00f6ver inte vara jobbigt och tidskr\u00e4vande att tr\u00e4na yoga, det \u00e4r n\u00e5got man kan g\u00f6ra varsomhelst.
