N\u00e4r jag inte hinner tr\u00e4na p\u00e5 gym s\u00e5 f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag peta in s\u00e5 mycket tr\u00e4ning som m\u00f6jligt i min vardag. Jag r\u00f6r mig mycket p\u00e5 jobb, tar ibland en promenad p\u00e5 lunchen, f\u00f6resl\u00e5r promenad ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r stillasittande fika med v\u00e4nnerna och tr\u00e4nar lite squats eller yoga inne p\u00e5 toaletten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r mig handlar kost och tr\u00e4ning inte enbart om f\u00e5f\u00e4nga, \u00e4ven om jag inte kan f\u00f6rneka att jag vill se bra ut, utan \u00e4ven om de positiva effekterna i kroppen (och psyket) som man inte kan se men som man k\u00e4nner efter ett tag.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ta reda p\u00e5 vilka m\u00e5l du har, s\u00e5 \u00e4r det l\u00e4ttare att h\u00e5lla ig\u00e5ng motivationen.
