Eller Arancini. Vad som finns. N\u00e4r vi tar en aperitivo \u00e4ter vi oss m\u00e4tta p\u00e5 mini-arancini, pizzette eller sm\u00e5kakor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r inte l\u00e4tt att \u00e4ta nyttigt n\u00e4r dagarna saknar rutin, n\u00e4r man inte vet vad f\u00f6r mat som finns att tillg\u00e5, och vart. Jag har aldrig gillat italiensk frukost &#8211; en bakelse, eller n\u00e5got annat slags s\u00f6tt, och en espresso, utan \u00e4lskar matiga frukostar som jag h\u00e5ller mig m\u00e4tt p\u00e5 l\u00e4nge.<\/p>\n<p>Det k\u00e4nns i kroppen att det slarvats med maten, \u00e4r b\u00e5de hungrig och har ont i magen.
