Eftersom jag \u00e4r lite av en hypokondriker s\u00e5 tror jag att jag f\u00e5tt reumatism om lederna blir lite \u00f6mma, och att en n\u00e5got st\u00f6rre dos Omega 3 ska trolla bort detta. <\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5nga tror att Omega 3 enbart finns i fet fisk, men man kan hitta det i m\u00e5nga andra livsmedel. Jag brukar blanda ner en matsked krossade linfr\u00f6n i mina smoothies. Nedan hittar ni fler livsmedel som inneh\u00e5ller Omega 3. Nu ska jag dricka upp min smoothie, sen \u00e5ka iv\u00e4g och f\u00e5 massage.
