Var grymt, kommer l&auml;gga upp lite bilder p&aring; bloggen senare!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Men eftersom m&aring;nga fr&aring;gar om min kost t&auml;nkte jag b&ouml;rja med att ber&auml;tta vad jag &auml;ter till frukost n&auml;r jag ligger i h&aring;rdtr&auml;ning! Alltid samma frukost, aldrig n&aring;gon variation!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Det jag k&ouml;r &auml;r: Havregrynsgr&ouml;t med mj&ouml;lk och lite sylt. Sen hackar jag alltid ner banan och &auml;pple s&aring; blir det &auml;nnu godare! Sen tar jag som sagt min gr&ouml;nsakssmoothie ett glas. Sj&auml;lvklart s&aring; &auml;ter jag ocks&aring; lite proteiner, om jag har br&aring;ttom en proteinshake om jag har lite mer tid s&aring; blir det n&aring;gra &auml;gg.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>S&aring; allts&aring;:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Havregrynsgr&ouml;t (fiberhavre) fr&aring;n Axa!&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gr&ouml;nsakssmoothie<\/p>\n<p>Proteinshake\/&auml;gg<\/p>\n<p>Jag lovar g&ouml;r detta varje morgon utan undantag s&aring; kommer ni f&aring; se sjukt bra resultat. Det gjorde i alla fall jag!
