Trots att jag tr\u00e4nat olika muskelgrupper och varirat kondition med styrka kr\u00e4ver kroppen ibland total vila. Men med vila menar jag inte totalt s\u00e4ngl\u00e4ge. Att r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 sig i form av vardagsmotion. Promenader till och fr\u00e5n jobb, eller en mysig kv\u00e4llspromenad med en v\u00e4n. Det \u00e4r s\u00e5dant kroppen m\u00e5r otroligt bra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Min plan f\u00f6r dagen \u00e4r att ta en sv\u00e4ng med longboarden till jobbet.
