Men variationen p\u00e5 \u00f6vningar k\u00e4nns o\u00e4ndlig och det verkar riktigt riktigt roligt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">Imorse k\u00f6rde vi igenom hela kroppen. Med fokus p\u00e5 \u00f6verkropp och intervaller. \u00a0Vi best\u00e4mde en str\u00e4cka man skulle springa p\u00e5 75 % av max och under tiden k\u00f6rde den andra TRX .
