B\u00e5de intressant och sp\u00e4nnande, och idag d\u00e5 alla stressar f\u00f6r allt och ingenting (och framf\u00f6rallt stressar p\u00e5grund av andras\u00a0f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar och upplevda krav) kan en bra sak vara att\u00a0hitta p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra egna knep f\u00f6r att hitta lugnet igen, och framf\u00f6rallt ocks\u00e5 komma ih\u00e5g att alla f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntningar till trots s\u00e5 blir \u00e4nd\u00e5 b\u00e5de du och din omgivning lyckligast av en glad, tillfredsst\u00e4lld\u00a0och ostressad version av dig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e5klart kan inte allt vara roligt, men att g\u00f6ra\u00a0saker bara f\u00f6r att tillfredsst\u00e4lla andras f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntingar kommer \u00e4nd\u00e5 aldrig bli bra i slut\u00e4ndan, s\u00e5 strunta i det och k\u00e4nn efter vad <em>du<\/em> vill ist\u00e4llet! Det m\u00e5r vi alla b\u00e4st av \ud83d\ude42<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>H\u00e4r \u00e4r\u00a0lite tips\u00a0p\u00e5 saker du kan g\u00f6ra f\u00f6r att hitta energi eller f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ner stressniv\u00e5n<br \/>\n<\/strong>(och lite bilder <em>jag<\/em> blir glad av)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">1. S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en l\u00e5t som g\u00f6r dig\u00a0glad!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">2. St\u00e4da! Sj\u00e4lva st\u00e4dandet i sig kanske inte \u00e4r en\u00a0top 10:a, men k\u00e4nslan <em>efter\u00e5t. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">3. H\u00f6r av dig till en v\u00e4n som du inte pratat med p\u00e5 l\u00e4nge! (B\u00e5de du och hon\/han kommer bli glad av det, du vet ju sj\u00e4lv hur trevligt det \u00e4r n\u00e4r n\u00e5gon man inte h\u00f6rts med p\u00e5 l\u00e4nge ringer och kommer ih\u00e5g dig.)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">4. G\u00f6r en lista eller handlingsplan. Att vara stressad handlar ofta om att man k\u00e4nner att man inte har kontroll \u00f6ver en situation\/f\u00f6r mycket att g\u00f6ra. Lista alla &#8221;m\u00e5sten&#8221; s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r det konkret, och f\u00f6rs\u00f6k ocks\u00e5 stryka minst ett par av dem. ALLT \u00e4r kanske inte niin pakko att g\u00f6ra just nu?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">5. Just do it! Sluta skjuta upp saker. Under tiden du surfar p\u00e5 internet\/sl\u00f6tittar p\u00e5 tv och v\u00e4ntar p\u00e5 energin att b\u00f6rja med det du skulle g\u00f6ra hade du hunnit avverka minst en sak!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">6. Tr\u00e4na. Din kropp tackar dig, du kommer k\u00e4nna dig b\u00e5de duktig och tillfredst\u00e4lld och dessutom f\u00e5r du igen &#8221;utgiften&#8221; (av tid och prestation) i form av energi, endorfiner och en sk\u00f6n m\u00e5-bra-k\u00e4nsla.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">7. Sov gott. G\u00e5 och l\u00e4gg dig i tid ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att h\u00e4nga framf\u00f6r datorn eller tv&#8217;n. Kroppen beh\u00f6ver minst 8 timmar s\u00f6mn\u00a0per natt (vissa kan s\u00e5klart klara sig p\u00e5 mindre medans andra kr\u00e4ver mer), men sikta p\u00e5 detta och f\u00f6rs\u00f6k g\u00f6ra det til en vana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">8. G\u00f6r n\u00e5got f\u00f6r dig sj\u00e4lv! Boka en massagetid, g\u00e5 till fris\u00f6ren, fixa naglarna eller\u00a0k\u00f6p v\u00e5rjackan du suktat efter.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\">9. G\u00f6r en upplevelse &#8211; g\u00e5 p\u00e5 en utst\u00e4llning, bes\u00f6k n\u00e5gon stor markand, g\u00e5 p\u00e5 teater\/konstert, hoppa fallsk\u00e4rm eller spring midnattsloppet.
