I alla fall, snabba, l\u00e4ttlagade, goda och nyttiga efterr\u00e4tter\/fikor\/kv\u00e4llsunningar: &#8221;sorbe&#8221;glass! Jag har alltid \u00e4lskat smoothies, men det h\u00e4r \u00e4r perfekt att varva med och dessutom ser det ju lite lyxigare ut att servera som en efterr\u00e4tt i ett snyggt glas!\u00a0Varf\u00f6r inte\u00a0till p\u00e5sklunchen, s\u00e5d\u00e4r passligt\u00a0gult och h\u00e4rligt? \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mangoglass<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>250 gram frusen mango<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1\/2 banan<\/em><br \/>\n<em>N\u00e5gra matskedar vaniljyoghurt (eller turkisk yoghurt)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Mixa allt medan mangon fortfarande \u00e4r h\u00e5rd och frusen. H\u00e4ll upp i glas och servera.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jordgubbsglass<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Ett paket frysta jordgubbar (200 gram)<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Ca 1\/2 dl naturell yoghurt <\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 msk flytande honung<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Mixa allt med stavmixer medan jordgubbarna fortfarande \u00e4r frysta. H\u00e4ll upp i glas och servera.<br \/>\n(Tills\u00e4tt en halv banan i mixen f\u00f6r en lite mjukare konsistens.)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>G\u00e4llande b\u00e5da recept kan man \u00e4ven h\u00e4lla i lite flytande honung f\u00f6r s\u00f6tare smak, om man s\u00e5 \u00f6nskar. Eller kokosflingor. Eller lite pressad lime. <\/em><em>Eller lite persika. <\/em><em>Eller vaniljpulver.
