Det var det som gjorde att jag klarade h\u00f6gh\u00f6jdsbanan h\u00e4r om dagen. Det \u00e4r ett stresshormon som ins\u00f6ndras fr\u00e5n binjurem\u00e4rgen som har en rad effekter p\u00e5 v\u00e4vnaderna som i sin tur \u00f6kar kroppens prestationsf\u00f6rm\u00e5ga. Blodet pumpar fortare, hj\u00e4rt och blodtryck g\u00e5r upp. Luftr\u00f6ren vidgas f\u00f6r att syres\u00e4tta blodet, muskler bryter ner sitt sockerlager och levern bryter ner st\u00e4rkelse, allt f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 mer energi f\u00f6r att klara av min utmaning. \u00c4ven reptilhj\u00e4rnan s\u00e4tter in blodfl\u00f6det till kunskpshj\u00e4rnan stryps.<br \/>\nMan blir ocks\u00e5 mindre k\u00e4nslig f\u00f6r sm\u00e4rta (vilket ibland \u00e4r bra).<br \/>\nAntar att jag sp\u00e4nde mig d\u00e5 jag stod p\u00e5 15 meters h\u00f6jd och trodde att jag hade g\u00e5tt upp p\u00e5 fel h\u00f6jdbana. Som jag skrev ig\u00e5r s\u00e5 blev mitt ledord koncentration, och det \u00e4r precis det kroppen g\u00f6r.
