Alla proteiner \u00e4r uppbyggda av 20 olika aminosyror. Vi beh\u00f6ver en 8-9 stycken av dem som \u00e4r livsn\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga och m\u00e5ste tillf\u00f6ras via maten. \u00c4gg inneh\u00e5ller alla de minst sagt n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga aminosyrorna i en perfekt blandning. Ett \u00e4gg inneh\u00e5ller ca 12 % protein det mesta finns i vitan men \u00e4ven gulan \u00e4r rik p\u00e5 protein. \u00c4gg \u00e4r inte bara gott att \u00e4ta i alla dess former, det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 helt perfekt att g\u00f6ra en ansiktsmask av. \u00c4ggvitan har en sammandragande och porf\u00f6rminskande effekt p\u00e5 huden och brukar kallas f\u00f6r \u201dAskungemask\u201d d\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en sl\u00e4tare hud f\u00f6r stunden. Gulan inneh\u00e5ller ocks\u00e5 proteiner och \u00e4r rik p\u00e5 svavel och lecitin det ska i sin tur vara bra f\u00f6r torr hud, \u00e5ldrande hud.
