Jag vet att det satt sig i huvudet men om jag f\u00e5r leva ut detta s\u00e5 m\u00e5r jag bra.<\/p>\n<p>Efter att jag lagat lunch till Malin och mig, vilken vi intog ute p\u00e5 altanen i solen\u00a0s\u00e5 stack jag iv\u00e4g till gymmet.\u00a0 Var grymt sugen p\u00e5 att tr\u00e4na marklyft.<\/p>\n<p>Vi var endast tre som k\u00e4mpade p\u00e5 gymmet denna eftermiddag<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/martina1025\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_2355-e1430595508939.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1021\" src=\"http:\/\/blogg.improveme.se\/martina1025\/files\/2015\/05\/IMG_2355-e1430595494452-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_2355\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>Det \u00e4r lika intressant varje g\u00e5ng. Magen kr\u00e5nglar n\u00e5got otroligt och det \u00e4r inte mycket som stannar kvar efter m\u00e5ltiderna. Tr\u00e4nar ju allt som oftast p\u00e5 tom mage. Borde kanske ge mig p\u00e5 105 men m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rbereda mig mentalt innan.
