Tungt var det till en b\u00f6rjan\u00a0och jag hade lite \u00c5gren innan jag \u00e5kte till gymmet. Men n\u00e4r jag blir varm s\u00e5 k\u00e4nns det &#8221;l\u00e4ttare&#8221;. B\u00f6rjar som vanligt med st\u00e5ngen och k\u00f6r sedan upp till 75 kg och h\u00f6jer med 5 kg per g\u00e5ng. V\u00e4l utf\u00f6rda p\u00e5 75 kg s\u00e5 v\u00e4nder jag igen och plockar av 5 kilo varje g\u00e5ng. Tillbaka till utg\u00e5ngsl\u00e4get s\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar jag med mina frontb\u00f6j b\u00f6rjar p\u00e5 40 kg och h\u00f6jer med 2,5 kilo per g\u00e5ng\u00a0och tar mig upp till 50 kg och \u00e4r n\u00e4r dessa \u00e4r v\u00e4l utf\u00f6rda s\u00e5 n\u00f6jer jag mig. Hack squat, raka mark, bulgariska utfall, kn\u00e4b\u00f6j p\u00e5 b\u00e4nkar med hantel, vader, utfallsg\u00e5ng och leg curl.<\/p>\n<p>Brukar aldrig hinna k\u00f6ra mage p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagar men detta tog jag tag i idag.
