Ett roligt l\u00f6rdagsn\u00f6je!!!<\/p>\n<p>Jag k\u00e4nner hur jag blir starkare varje vecka.<\/p>\n<p>Idag lyckades jag dra marklyft 3 ggr p\u00e5 90 kilo med god teknik\u00a0och jag\u00a0\u00e4r s\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5\u00e5 lycklig, M\u00e5let 100 kilo \u00e4r inte l\u00e5ngt borta.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e4nkpressen \u00e4r lite sv\u00e5rare att l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 vikt men mitt m\u00e5l var att klara 50 kilo och det m\u00e5let har jag n\u00e5tt. Nu blev m\u00e5let att klara mig sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5 50 kilo utan att n\u00e5gon st\u00e5r stand by bakom. Dessa tv\u00e5 gula viktplattor&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>Kom p\u00e5 att jag kunde ta av mig handskarna och klarar d\u00e5 att lyfta av st\u00e5ngen sj\u00e4lv. Sedan kan jag glida med h\u00e4nderna ut till ett bredare grepp och sedan b\u00f6rja pressa<\/p>\n<p>4 x 4 ensam p\u00e5 50 kilo.
