Med den inst\u00e4llningen travade jag in i gymmet idag f\u00f6r att k\u00f6ra mitt benpass. Sjukt n\u00f6jd! Dagens hack squat var s\u00e5 oerh\u00f6rt jobbiga. Det var precis ovanf\u00f6r kn\u00e4et som det sved som mest.
