K\u00e4nner nu att jag k\u00f6rt s\u00e5 himla mycket kn\u00e4b\u00f6j i 7 m\u00e5nader s\u00e5 jag l\u00e4gger inte lika mycket tid p\u00e5 detta l\u00e4ngre. Jag k\u00f6r givetvis kn\u00e4b\u00f6j och frontb\u00f6j varje benpass men inte lika tungt som innan och det blir inte lika m\u00e5nga repetitioner. Men de jag g\u00f6r blir med god kvalitet.<\/p>\n<p>Idag intog jag smithmaskinen. Lade en matta p\u00e5 golvet.
