Men tv\u00e5 kryss till \u00f6gon tog jag mig ur s\u00e4nghalmen och hoppade i tr\u00e4ningskl\u00e4derna, snyggade till mig efter b\u00e4sta f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga och packade ner veckans mat. Passet lika bra som alltid. K\u00f6rde lite mage efter\u00e5t bara f\u00f6r att slippa eftersvettningen. Var \u00e4nd\u00e5 p\u00e5 jobbet 8.10. D\u00e5 var jag rej\u00e4lt hungrig och fixade frukost med en g\u00e5ng som intogs p\u00e5 rummet framf\u00f6r datorn n\u00e4r jag l\u00e4ste mina mail och b\u00f6rjade jobba lite sm\u00e5tt.<\/p>\n<p>Eftermiddagen tillbringades i gymmet d\u00e4r jag k\u00f6rde rygg och baksida axlar. Funkade riktigt bra att k\u00f6ra mellan andra \u00f6vningar.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nner mig v\u00e4ldigt tunn just nu. Mindre \u00e4n 4 veckor kvar. Ska bli sk\u00f6nt n\u00e4r allt \u00e4r i hamn. Har bokat poseringstr\u00e4ning hos Alexa i Lidk\u00f6ping p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndag och d\u00e5 kommer jag \u00e4ven att stanna till hos min coach Maria i Falk\u00f6ping f\u00f6r fettm\u00e4tning och genomg\u00e5ng av lite av varje.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Idag var jag verkligen upp INNAN tuppen.
