Jag \u00e4r dock fortfarande s\u00e5 himla invand och enveten att jag vill ha<a class=\"qzonaptqn\" title=\"Click to Continue &gt; by Infonaut\" href=\"#48795810\"> mina<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cdncache-a.akamaihd.net\/items\/it\/img\/arrow-10x10.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a> muskelgrupper p\u00e5 mina olika dagar.<\/p>\n<p>Idag tisdag \u00e4r det br\u00f6st och lite axlar. Det kom ett<a class=\"qzonaptqn\" title=\"Click to Continue &gt; by Infonaut\" href=\"#43789782\"> mail<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cdncache-a.akamaihd.net\/items\/it\/img\/arrow-10x10.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a> under dagen och i detta s\u00e5 hittade jag ett bra uppl\u00e4gg som jag t\u00e4nkte anv\u00e4nda mig av. K\u00e4nner att jag tappat en hel del styrka n\u00e4r de g\u00e4ller br\u00f6st s\u00e5 jag k\u00f6rde p\u00e5 vikter som \u00e4nd\u00e5 gjorde att jag k\u00e4nde att det bet.
