Eftersom jag \u00e4nd\u00e5 var i farten s\u00e5 t\u00e4nkte jag baka Matiga proteinmuffins. Ett recept som jag hittade p\u00e5 Tasty Health. Fantastiskt bra att ha p\u00e5 lut i frysen n\u00e4r man beh\u00f6ver f\u00e5 i sig n\u00e5got snabbt. Gjorde dubbel sats. N\u00e4r jag satt dem uppe p\u00e5 spisen f\u00f6r att svalna s\u00e5 tittar jag p\u00e5 v\u00e5gen och undrar vad som st\u00e5r d\u00e4r. Jo d\u00e5, proteinet.<\/p>\n<p>Det f\u00e5r v\u00e4l bli till att dricka\u00a0proteinet till ist\u00e4llet. Klantigt!!!! F\u00e5r hj\u00e4lp av Mikko med uppbackning vid 65 kg k\u00f6r 8 st. 67,5 tar 5 st. J\u00e4tteglad tackar jag f\u00f6r hj\u00e4lpen och konstaterar att p\u00e5 onsdag ska jag ta en p\u00e5 70 kg. Mikko tycker att det \u00e4r v\u00e4l dumt att v\u00e4nta till onsdag n\u00e4r du kan g\u00f6ra det idag. Kom igen nu!! Lastar p\u00e5 och tar 3 st djupa sedan \u00e4r jag N\u00d6JD!!!<\/p>\n<p>Man orkar mycket mer \u00e4n vad man tror och med god uppbackning s\u00e5 v\u00e5gar man!!! F\u00f6r mycket handlar bara om att v\u00e5ga&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Idag blir det att l\u00e4gga sig tidigt.
