Dagen till \u00e4ra var jag p\u00e5 ett str\u00e5lande hum\u00f6r och lyckades k\u00f6ra kn\u00e4b\u00f6j p\u00e5 75 kg. Glad som en speleman rasslade jag vidare till mina \u00f6vriga \u00f6vningar, bulgariska utfall, benpress med ett ben, utfallsg\u00e5ng, leg curl och lite till. T\u00e4nk vad ett gott hum\u00f6r kan g\u00f6ra p\u00e5 prestationen. Jonathan som k\u00f6rde kn\u00e4b\u00f6j bredvid mig f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte sig p\u00e5 170 kg och lyckades n\u00e4stan. Helt makal\u00f6sa vikter&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>Jag har l\u00e4nge t\u00e4nkt att jag skulle b\u00f6rja l\u00e4sa b\u00f6cker igen. Har varken haft lust eller ork att ens \u00f6ppna en bok p\u00e5 s\u00e4kert 1,5 \u00e5r. Jag som har l\u00e4st s\u00e5 himla mycket b\u00f6cker. Men nu har jag best\u00e4mt mig.
