F\u00f6rsta veckan p\u00e5 dieten och f\u00f6r gottegrisen jag, \u00a0s\u00e5 \u00e4r det v\u00e4ldigt bra att f\u00f6rstr\u00f6 sig extra mycket en l\u00f6rdag. Marklyften blir bara roligare och roligare. Jag k\u00e4nner att jag har blivit s\u00e5 stark och efter att f\u00f6rra l\u00f6rdagen lyckades dra 100 kg s\u00e5 siktar jag s\u00e5 \u00e4ven denna l\u00f6rdag. Ytterst lite folk i lokalen. . J\u00e4ttesk\u00f6nt! Jag m\u00e5ste ha fullt fokus vid marklyft eftersom det \u00e4r j\u00e4ttel\u00e4tt att skada sig. Skada ryggen nu \u00f6del\u00e4gger allt.
