Vi inledde med en kaliperm\u00e4tning och den visade p\u00e5 15%. Jag ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka komma ner till 8 %. Det blir till att gneta p\u00e5 med kost och tr\u00e4ning. Ska f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka l\u00e4gga in lite mer promenader n\u00e4r tid finnes. Man kanske f\u00e5r kapa ett tv program n\u00e5gon g\u00e5ng d\u00e5 och d\u00e5.\u00a0Det skadar ju inte och det \u00e4r ju faktiskt v\u00e4ldigt sk\u00f6nt att komma ut.
