Efter en dag p\u00e5 h\u00f6ga klackar p\u00e5 jobbet s\u00e5 \u00e4r de ganska tr\u00f6tta trots att skorna \u00e5ker av n\u00e4r jag st\u00e5r upp och jobbar. Vidare till gymmet efter jobbet och d\u00e4r v\u00e4ntade ett rej\u00e4lt benpass \u00e4ven denna onsdag. Energin och styrkan var h\u00f6g. Det blev ett grymt bra pass. Lade idag \u00e4ven in frontb\u00f6j p\u00e5 fri st\u00e5ng. Jag \u00e4r stel som tusan i\u00a0mina underarmar, det k\u00e4nner man n\u00e4r man greppar st\u00e5ngen i frontb\u00f6jen. Men det \u00e4r bara att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5. Testade idag en f\u00f6r mig ny \u00f6vning, Hack squat. Mycket teknik men detta ska jag \u00f6var mer p\u00e5 kommande veckor. Det \u00e4r alltid kul med nya \u00f6vningar<\/p>\n<p>Dagen avslutas med ett middag best\u00e5ende av lax, blomk\u00e5l och r\u00f6tt ris. Riktigt gott!! T\u00e4nker idag vara v\u00e4nlig mot mina f\u00f6tter som k\u00e4mpat s\u00e5 v\u00e4l med mig idag. Det \u00e4r de v\u00e4rda!!
