Jag l\u00e4ngtar tillbaka till gymmet redan n\u00e4r jag g\u00e5r d\u00e4rifr\u00e5n p\u00e5 kv\u00e4llen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Jag planerar mina pass noga och ser till att h\u00e5lla mig till planeringen.<\/p>\n<p>Alla muskelgrupper \u00e4r roliga att tr\u00e4na men i \u00a0ryggen \u00e4r jag riktigt stark. Han\u00a0h\u00e5ller\u00a0ocks\u00e5 koll hur ryggen ser ut som symmetri mm.
