D-vitamin \u00e4r dessutom ett hett forsknings\u00e4mne och det kommer ut nya studier hela tiden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hur mycket D-vitamin beh\u00f6ver man?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De nordiska n\u00e4ringsrekommendationerna, det vill s\u00e4ga rekommendationer till oss svenskar har nyss uppdaterats.<\/p>\n<p>10 mikrogram per dag f\u00f6r barn och vuxna<\/p>\n<p>10 mikrogram per dag f\u00f6r gravida och ammande<\/p>\n<p>20 mikrogram per dag f\u00f6r personer \u00f6ver 75 \u00e5r<\/p>\n<p>Du kan ocks\u00e5 f\u00e5 i dig vitamin D via maten.
