Jag kan slappna av p\u00e5 ett helt annat s\u00e4tt, jag rensar hj\u00e4rnan.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5nga underskattar skogspromenader eftersom energif\u00f6rbrukningen inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 h\u00f6g. Men promenerar man tillr\u00e4ckligt l\u00e4nge s\u00e5 br\u00e4nner man faktiskt en hel del kalorier. En m\u00e4nniska p\u00e5 80 kilo f\u00f6rbrukar p\u00e5 ett avst\u00e5nd av fyra kilometer p\u00e5 en timme ca 240 kilokalorier. Om man joggar\u00a0 samma avst\u00e5nd i 30 minuter, s\u00e5 br\u00e4nner kroppen ungef\u00e4r 320 kalorier.
