H\u00e4r fick jag veta allt om margarin. Hade ingen aning om hur det tillverkas, men fick se att det \u00e4r enkelt. Eva Skoog, legitimerad dietist som jobbat manga \u00e5r p\u00e5 Karolinska blandade ihop cocosfett, rapsolja, vatten, citronsaft, morotsjuice, l\u00e4ttfil och lecithin. Detta r\u00f6rdes ihop med en elvisp och blev en smaklig variant p\u00e5 margarin.<\/p>\n<p>I margarinet Flora finns det dock inte cocosolja utan man har ist\u00e4llet palmolja.<\/p>\n<p>Palmoljan \u00e4r inte v\u00e4rst popul\u00e4r idag, d\u00e5 den f\u00f6rst\u00f6rt flera tusentals hektar av regnskog.<\/p>\n<p>Med stolthet ber\u00e4ttade Unilevers marknadschef att man \u00e4r med i GreenPalm certificate.<\/p>\n<p>Detta skulle p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt skona regnskogen, hur f\u00f6rstod jag inte riktigt.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rs\u00f6kte d\u00e5 att hitta f\u00f6rklaringen och st\u00f6tte p\u00e5 att \u00e4garen bakom GreenPlam \u00e4r Book&amp;Claim Ltd i London\u00a0 med huvud\u00e4gare AarhusKarlshamn i Sverige som s\u00e4ljer vegetabiliska oljor och \u00e4gs av Melker Sch\u00f6rling \u00e4ven styrelseordf\u00f6rande.<\/p>\n<p>Ja, ja, synd f\u00f6r det ser inte s\u00e5 bra ut n\u00e4r koncerner \u00e4ger v\u00e4lg\u00f6renhetsorganisationer, det blir inte trov\u00e4rdigt.
