Ska man lova n\u00e5got? Att ta b\u00e4ttre hand om sina v\u00e4nner, familjen? Sluta r\u00f6ka, sluta \u00e4ta godis, sporta tre g\u00e5nger i veckan&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Undrar hur m\u00e5nga som verkligen h\u00e5ller sina l\u00f6ften? Vet att m\u00e5nga anm\u00e4ler sig till tr\u00e4ningsanl\u00e4ggningar under december och januari och sen inte hinner ta sig dit. Dr\u00f6mmen om att g\u00e5 ner i vikt, f\u00e5 en fast kropp g\u00e5r i spillror. Man blir lite deppig, ger upp och kanske tuggar i sig en hel chokladkaka f\u00f6r att m\u00e5 b\u00e4ttre.<\/p>\n<p>Men man kan skaffa sig rutiner, p\u00e5 ett enklare s\u00e4tt. Varje dag n\u00e4r man kommer hem s\u00e5 s\u00e4tter man p\u00e5 sig tr\u00e4ningskl\u00e4derna och springer 20 minuter, stenh\u00e5rt. Sen armh\u00e4vningar och n\u00e5gra sitt-ups. G\u00f6r man detta tre g\u00e5nger i veckan s\u00e5 h\u00e4nder det grejer med kroppen. Det beh\u00f6vs inte s\u00e5 mycket f\u00f6r att bli n\u00e5gorlunda v\u00e4ltr\u00e4nad. Har man f\u00e5tt in rutinerna och sett resultaten s\u00e5 blir man beroende, m\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre och kommer p\u00e5 nya tr\u00e4ningsalternativ som \u00e4r kul.<\/p>\n<p>Som sagt, b\u00f6rja inte med att signa upp ett dyrt avtal med en anl\u00e4ggning utan tr\u00e4na f\u00f6rst hemma d\u00e4r du bor. Vill du ta hand om din familj och v\u00e4nner s\u00e5 planera att laga goda middagar.<\/p>\n<p>Jag ska jobba stenh\u00e5rt f\u00f6r att motverka hudcancer n\u00e4sta \u00e5r och alla \u00e5r fram\u00e5t.
