S\u00f6ndag 27 oktober g\u00e5r vi tillbaka fr\u00e5n sommartid till vintertid. Under fem m\u00e5nader, tom den 30 mars m\u00e5ste vi leva med att g\u00e5 upp en timma tidigare \u00e4n vanligt.\u00a0 En aktuell unders\u00f6kning med 1014 personer visade att det h\u00e4r med tidsomst\u00e4llningen st\u00f6r v\u00e5r s\u00f6mn. S\u00e5 m\u00e5nga som 46% av kvinnorna och 36% av m\u00e4nnen f\u00e5r s\u00f6mnproblem n\u00e4r tiden st\u00e4lldes tillbaka en timme. Majoriteten m\u00e4rkte att dom beh\u00f6vde flera dagar p\u00e5 sig f\u00f6r att kunna sova bra igen.<\/p>\n<p>Men vi kan ju g\u00f6ra som bj\u00f6rnarna ist\u00e4llet; g\u00e5 i ide. Det sker n\u00e4stan samtidigt n\u00e4r vi st\u00e4ller om v\u00e5ra klockor till vintertid, n\u00e4mligen i m\u00e5nadsskiftet oktober-november. Vad beh\u00f6vs? Jo en utgr\u00e4vd myrstack, under en stor sten i en bergskreva eller en gr\u00e4vd jordh\u00e5la. En viktig orsak till att bj\u00f6rnen sover bort vintern \u00e4r bristen p\u00e5 mat, eftersom den mest \u00e4ter v\u00e4xter. S\u00e5 p\u00e5 v\u00e5ren skulle jag i s\u00e5 fall komma ut smal, snygg och utvilad. Kan det bli b\u00e4ttre?
