Det &auml;r dock en riktig krutgubbe som klarar saker som ibland ton&aring;ringar inte ens orkar. Det enda vi m&aring;ste vara extra noggrana med &auml;r hans balans som inte l&auml;ngre &auml;r den allra b&auml;sta samt att han f&aring;r vila lite extra mellan varje &ouml;vning. Han tr&auml;nar hos mig 3gr i veckan och vi kombinerar hans styrketr&auml;ning med l&auml;ttare konditionstr&auml;ning samt att vi alltid avslutar varje PT-pass med att jag ger honom 20min avslappningsmassage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enligt honom har han aldrig m&aring;tt b&auml;ttre sedan han b&ouml;rjade g&aring; hos mig och alla hans &aring;lderskramper som ryggont, morgonstelhet och viss muskelf&ouml;rtvining &auml;r enormt f&ouml;rb&auml;ttrade.<\/p><\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Under senaste tr&auml;ningspasset tr&auml;nade jag honom tillsammans med<a title=\"www.improve.se\" href=\"\/\" target=\"_blank\">Improveme.se&nbsp;<\/a>chefredak&ouml;ren Daniel Nyhlen som precis som mig &auml;r extremt imponerade av att han har ett s&aring;nt j&auml;kla go som 93 &aring;ring. &Auml;ven om inte Erik kunde utf&ouml;ra precis alla\/samma &ouml;vningar som Daniel s&aring; h&auml;ngde han p&aring; riktigt bra och drog ett par riktigt roliga historier\/anekdoter som han s&aring; ofta g&ouml;r.<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Jag &ouml;nskar att &auml;ven jag f&aring;r ett s&aring;nt rikt liv och kan styrketr&auml;na n&auml;r jag &auml;r 93&aring;r gammal.
