H&auml;r &auml;r lite dagsformsbilder p&aring; biccarna s&aring; ni kan se utg&aring;ngsl&auml;get och jag kommer under hela &aring;ret fylla p&aring; med nya bilder s&aring; f&aring;r vi se vad som h&auml;nt n&auml;r &aring;ret &auml;r slut.<\/p>\n<p>De flesta av mina tr&auml;ningsv&auml;nner har alla grymma biceps och det &auml;r lite av ett signum f&ouml;r en styrketr&auml;nande oavsett niv&aring; &#8211; biceps finns ofta d&auml;r men p&aring; mig g&ouml;r det inte de och det ska jag bannemej &auml;ndra p&aring;!<\/p>\n<div>&Ouml;vriga priomuskler &auml;r axlar och som alltid ben.
