Som de flesta s\u00e4kert k\u00e4nner till s\u00e5 skiljer man p\u00e5\u00a0<strong>on<\/strong>-seasonform (n\u00e4r man g\u00e5r p\u00e5 diet, v\u00e4ger allt man \u00e4ter och ska t\u00e4vla) samt<strong>\u00a0off<\/strong>-seasonform (n\u00e4r man inte g\u00e5r p\u00e5 diet utan bara tr\u00e4nar, \u00e4ter vad man k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r och m\u00e5r j\u00e4vligt bra).<\/p>\n<p>Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker h\u00e5lla mig kring 8-10% kroppsfett off-season f\u00f6r att inte beh\u00f6va g\u00e5 p\u00e5 n\u00e5gon j\u00e4ttel\u00e5ng diet samt att jag m\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre n\u00e4r jag inte pluffsar p\u00e5 mig f\u00f6r mycket off-season.
