En stor och matig sallad till varje m\u00e5ltid ing\u00e5r i alla mina klienters kostscheman samt i min egen t\u00e4vlingsdiet.<\/p>\n<p>I min dietsallad har jag dessutom tillsatt avocado, mozarella\/fetaost samt olivolja s\u00e5 att man f\u00e5r sig alla de essentiella fettsyrorna som \u00e4r extra viktiga under diet.<\/p>\n<p>Dressingen utg\u00f6rs av \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger som s\u00e4nker GI v\u00e4rdet i salladen\/\u00f6vriga maten samt lite honungs dijon f\u00f6r den goda smakens skull.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00f6nsakerna jag har med \u00e4r de jag \u00e4lskar men dessa och m\u00e4ngderna kan s\u00e5klart bytas ut mot er favoriter och m\u00e4ngderna kan \u00f6kas\/minskas efter behov men m\u00e4ngderna jag anv\u00e4nder g\u00f6r en verkligen gott m\u00e4tt men inneh\u00e5ller extremt lite kalorier.<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\">H\u00e4r kommer receptet f\u00f6r en person (stor sallad).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/axon.blogg.se\/images\/2012\/veggie-tales_189273396.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"199\" height=\"184\" \/><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\">100gram ruccola<br \/>\n100gram spenat<br \/>\n1 halv bukett broccoli<br \/>\n1 halv paprika<br \/>\n1 tomat<br \/>\n1 halv gurka<br \/>\n1 halv r\u00f6dl\u00f6k<br \/>\n1 avocado<br \/>\n50gram fetaost eller 50gram mozarella<br \/>\n2 matskedar olivolja<br \/>\n1 matsked \u00e4ppelcidervin\u00e4ger<br \/>\n1 tesked honungs dijonsenap<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tillagning:\u00a0<\/strong><em>Hacka alla gr\u00f6nsaker, sk\u00f6lj dem och l\u00e4gg dem i en sk\u00e5l. Tills\u00e4tt sedan dressingen och r\u00f6r om.
