Jag har ju som bekant \u00e4tit efter detta koncept i snart 1 \u00e5r men d\u00e5 endast f\u00f6r att bibeh\u00e5lla min fettprocent men nu \u00e4r det dags f\u00f6r att testa hur jag svarar p\u00e5 att dieta med samma koncept.
