Att man sedan kan \u00e4ta\u00a0<strong>400gram potatis<\/strong>\u00a0och f\u00e5 i sig lite mycket kolhydrat som fr\u00e5n\u00a0<strong>100gram ris<\/strong>\u00a0g\u00f6r inte saken s\u00e4mre f\u00f6r personer som mig som \u00e4lskar att \u00e4ta stora portioner men inte vill f\u00e5 i sig f\u00f6r mycket kcal. Potatis inneh\u00e5ller n\u00e4mligen endast cirka 15gram kolhydrat per 100gram medan ris\/cos cos\/bulgur med mera ligger runt 60-70gram kolhydrat per 100gram.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.publishdev.se\/cdn\/8-2\/587613\/images\/2012\/maria_070606_500ae1df9606ee058200093f.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-oid=\"500ae1df9606ee058200093f\" \/><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Till lunch hos min sponsor restaurang Kalori \u00e4ter jag oftast vanlig kokpotatis och lagar jag lunchen hemma p\u00e5 helgen blir det \u00e4ven d\u00e5 allt som oftast just vanlig kokpotatis. Jag k\u00f6per alltid Swegros ekologiska potatis d\u00e5 den smakar s\u00e5 himla gott och det \u00e4r kok varianten jag gillar mest \u00e4ven om mandelpotatis ocks\u00e5 slinker ned ibland.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.publishdev.se\/cdn\/8-2\/587613\/images\/2012\/060928_potatis_500ae1049606ee2a0c001841.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-oid=\"500ae1049606ee2a0c001841\" \/><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Till middag g\u00f6r jag n\u00e4stan alltid klyftpotatis. Hackar upp cirka 4-6 potatisar och str\u00f6r p\u00e5 lite kryddor samt en klick sm\u00f6r och st\u00e4ller in i ugnen (200 grader) i cirka 25-30 minuter.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.publishdev.se\/cdn\/8-2\/587613\/images\/2012\/0910klyft1_500ae186ddf2b31eb3000148.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"389\" height=\"259\" data-oid=\"500ae186ddf2b31eb3000148\" \/><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>K\u00f6tt\/fisk\/f\u00e5gel, en sallad och en portion med potatis kan nog vara det simplaste men samtidigt bland det b\u00e4sta vi kan mata v\u00e5ra muskler med. 4-6 potatisar brukar r\u00e4cka till lunch\/middag f\u00f6r mig och \u00e4ven i mina kostschema till mina klienter brukar jag s\u00e4tta killar i 80-90kgs klassen p\u00e5 just denna m\u00e4ngd och 2-3 st brukar r\u00e4cka f\u00f6r en tjej i 50-60kgs klassen f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 i sig lagom mycket kolhydrater till en lunch eller en middag.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Ska man hitta n\u00e5got d\u00e5ligt med potatisen s\u00e5 \u00e4r det v\u00e4l kanske dess GI d\u00e5 vilket \u00e4r relativt h\u00f6gt men \u00e4ter man potatis tillsammans med sallad och k\u00f6tt\/fisk\/f\u00e5gel kommer GI i dessa livsmedel aktivt s\u00e4nka GI i potatisen s\u00e5 problemet med det glykemiska indexet tycker jag \u00e4r aningen uppf\u00f6rstorat av\u00a0<em>potatismotst\u00e5ndarna.<\/em>Om man nu f\u00f6ljer och tror p\u00e5 GI s\u00e5 \u00e4t alltid potatis kall f\u00f6r d\u00e5 \u00e4r dess GI j\u00e4ttel\u00e5gt.
