Allt fanns med och det \u00e4r s\u00e5dana h\u00e4r pass man blickar tillbaka till och f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker kopiera.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>F\u00f6rst ut var benspark d\u00e4r vi k\u00f6rde en pyramid till failure p\u00e5 varje vikt. Jag startade p\u00e5 30kg och stannade p\u00e5 95kg. L\u00e5g i snitt p\u00e5 mellan 15-25 repetioner p\u00e5 varje set (10kg h\u00f6jning p\u00e5 varje set) f\u00f6rutom de sista seten p\u00e5 85kg respektive 95kg d\u00e4r jag gjorde 10 repetioner. Mellan varje set s\u00e5 supersettade vi mage i form av bollsitups.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Efter detta vart det utfall som detta pass k\u00f6rde p\u00e5 st\u00e4llet med skivst\u00e5ng p\u00e5 ryggen och alla repetioner p\u00e5 ett ben i taget. L\u00e5g runt 10-12 repetioner och 60kg under sammanlagt 4 st arbetsset.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Passet h\u00f6jdpunkt var helt klart benpressen. L\u00e5ren var rej\u00e4lt stumma men trycket i dem och \u00f6vriga kroppen var enormt. Valde \u00e4nd\u00e5 att k\u00f6ra relativt l\u00e4tt och k\u00f6ra m\u00e5nga repetioner ist\u00e4llet. Vart 4 arbetsset p\u00e5 190kg med 20 repetioner p\u00e5 varje set.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cdn.publishdev.se\/cdn\/8-2\/587613\/images\/2012\/img_0143_50212f64e087c32b9200002a.jpg\" alt=\"\" data-oid=\"50212f64e087c32b9200002a\" \/><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Efter benpressen gick vi ner en v\u00e5ning och d\u00e4r fann jag mitt \u00e4lskade TRX s\u00e5 det vart 4 set baksida l\u00e5r. Kan varmt rekommendera denna \u00f6vning till alla som vill piska sina baksidor.
