Under cirka 90min k&ouml;r vi lite olika stationer som vi arbetar med under 60-120sek medan den andra vilar och ibland k&ouml;r vi samtidigt och sedan vilar tillsammans.<\/p>\n<p>Stationerna under senaste passet var st&aring;ende spinningcykling 120sek, trx kn&auml;b&ouml;j 60sek, 60sek korta backintervaller, 120sek trx utfall bak&aring;t och 60sek utfallshopp. Vi k&ouml;rde varje station 5gr vilket precis var lagom d&aring; spyk&auml;nslan b&ouml;rjade g&ouml;ra sig p&aring;mind i slutet. Sinnessjukt bra brunch &#8211; rekommenderas varmt. Kv&auml;llen spenderades tillsammans med min kusin Angelica och v&aring;ra gemensamma v&auml;nner. Vart till och med en liten utg&aring;ng till Sturecompaniet\/SUITE men jag h&ouml;ll mig nykter som vanligt.
