Eftersom jag lyckats h&aring;lla off-seasonformen relativt bra i&aring;r kommer jag inte starta t&auml;vlingsdieten 1 september som jag normalt g&ouml;r utan kommer kliva p&aring; den f&ouml;rst den 1 oktober vilket k&auml;nns helt underbart.
