Flera studier p&aring; m&auml;nniskor har visat p&aring; negativa effekter avseende dessa preparat p&aring; processer som &auml;r associerade med &aring;terh&auml;mtning efter tr&auml;ning. Bland annat minskar proteinsyntesen kraftigt och aktiveringen av satellitceller uteblir.<\/p>\n<p>V&auml;rktabletter tar jag personligen (och rekommenderar endast till min patienter) om jag har s&aring; pass ont att jag inte annars klarar av att r&ouml;ra mig\/fungera i vardagen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tr&auml;ningsv&auml;rk kan ibland vara riktigt j&auml;vlig men det &auml;r d&aring; b&auml;ttre att ta en massage, ett varmt bad eller sm&ouml;rja in omr&aring;det med ett liniment.
