I mitt f&ouml;rs&ouml;k att h&aring;lla mig i form &aring;ret runt har jag blivit tvungen att hitta lite &#8221;nyttigare&#8221; eller framf&ouml;rallt kalorisn&aring;lare bakverk, godis och annat som stillat mitt sockersug. De blir lightl&auml;sk till middagarna, funlight i kesellan och sen p&aring; helgen blir det ofta denna underbara cheesecake.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Egentligen kan man knappt s&auml;ga att den &auml;r onyttig men den g&aring;r &auml;nd&aring; under kategorin s&ouml;tsaker och d&aring; &auml;r det inget jag &auml;ter varje dag utan spar den till min &auml;tardag som oftast infaller varje l&ouml;rdag. Jag &auml;r &ouml;vertygad om att ni kommer &auml;lska denna cheesecake. H&auml;r kommer nu recept och tillagning.<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Sk&aring;l 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 dl vispgr&auml;dde (20%)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">2 tsk vaniljsocker<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Vispa l&auml;tt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Sk&aring;l 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 &auml;ggulor<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">1 dl socker (eller 2 matskedar s&ouml;tningsmedel f&ouml;r de som g&aring;r p&aring; diet)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">60 gram l&auml;tt philadelphiaost<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Vispa ihop!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Sk&aring;l 3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">3 &auml;ggvitor<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Vispa &auml;ggvitorna h&aring;rt!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tillagning:<\/strong>&nbsp;<em>Blanda ihop alla tre sk&aring;larna och r&ouml;r ihop smeten. H&auml;ll i sm&ouml;rjd form med digestivekex i botten. St&auml;ll smeten i frysen, minst 3 timmar.
