En r&auml;tt tr&aring;kig dietmetod rent socialt kan jag tycka d&aring; man &auml;r begr&auml;nsad till att &auml;ta inom ett visst f&ouml;nster men den ger mig bra m&ouml;jligheter att kunna arbeta mer och effektivare och f&aring; ut mer av mina dagar. M&aring;let &auml;r att ligga runt 92kg i slutet av oktober (ligger idag p&aring; bilden ovan p&aring; 95-96kg med en fettprocent om drygt 8).<\/em><em>Om revbenet l&auml;ker som det ska och jag kommer kunna st&auml;lla upp i t&auml;vlingen den 26e november &auml;r m&aring;let att v&auml;ga in p&aring; 88kg.<\/em><br \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"image\" src=\"http:\/\/axon.blogg.se\/images\/2011\/alert-icon-red_168012388.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"162\" height=\"162\" \/><\/div>\n<div><em>Detta dietschema &auml;r skr&auml;ddarsytt efter mig, min vikt, min tr&auml;ning, min kropp och mina m&aring;l. Jag rekommenderar d&auml;rf&ouml;r inte n&aring;gon att kopiera detta kostschema och anv&auml;nda p&aring; sig sj&auml;lv men kan s&aring;klart inte hindra n&aring;gon. Det &auml;r absolut inte farligt att anv&auml;nda detta schema men att tro att det automatiskt kommer ge resultat bara f&ouml;r att jag anv&auml;nder det &auml;r felaktigt och de kommer de som kopierar schemat snabbt att m&auml;rka.
