font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>S&aring; det vara bara att sn&ouml;ra p&aring; sig skorna och vi drog iv&auml;g till Idrottscentrum.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>V&auml;l d&auml;r s&aring; b&ouml;rjade spelet i ett rasande tempo och det tog ca 5 minuter in i matchen s&aring; skadade jag mig vid f&ouml;rs&ouml;k p&aring; en ful tackling p&aring; majk, s&aring; ja r&aring;kade trampa p&aring; hans h&auml;l och hela mitt ben vek sig.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>Efter ett tag stelnade det till och fick d&aring; otroligt ont i sidan p&aring; kn&auml;t och outh&auml;rdligt ont i fotens alla leder.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>Aja roligt initiativ Majk!!<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>Fredagen blev sedan ut i halmstad f&ouml;r biljard.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>N&auml;r jag vaknade p&aring; l&ouml;rdagen var det mesta av sm&auml;rtan i kn&auml;t borta men foten var fortfarande lika illa men ja f&ouml;rs&ouml;kte &auml;nd&aring; g&aring; p&aring; den s&aring; gott det gick.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Till gymmet.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>Vi drog iv&auml;g till h&ouml;gskolans gym och f&ouml;r att k&ouml;ra lite br&ouml;st + triceps.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>S&aring; ja k&ouml;rde &#8221;b&auml;nkpress utmaningen&#8221; som &auml;r 60% av sitt max i b&auml;nken*100 ggr<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>Kommer inte riktigt ih&aring;g min tid men det var p&aring; ca 15 min vilket jag tycker &auml;r helt godk&auml;nt.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>Sen var det dags f&ouml;r middag och vi stekte n&auml;stan 2kg fl&auml;skytterfile med massa klyftpotatis till!<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>Sjuklig matkoma var att v&auml;nta!<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde;
