<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>Nu k&ouml;r vi, m&aring;let &auml;r ju att g&aring; upp till ca 95 kg sen f&aring;r vi v&auml;ll se hur bl&ouml;t jag blir!<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong>Sen har jag &auml;nnu ett tips,<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial black,avant garde; font-size: 14px;\"><em><strong> testade f&ouml;r f&ouml;rsta g&aring;ngen bara kvarg med fun light och det var riktigt gott enda skillnaden var att det var lite tjockare, samtidigt som du f&aring;r i dig ca 36 gram protein p&aring; 250 gram kvarg!
