Ni m\u00e5ste g\u00f6ra tv\u00e5 saker f\u00f6r att\u00a0lyckas komma i m\u00e5l. 1. \u00c4t inte f\u00f6r mycket och \u00e4t inte skit. \u00c4t\u00a0nyttigt, drick vatten. 2. Tr\u00e4na, bli tr\u00f6tt, svettas. Det finns\u00a0ingen genv\u00e4g. Men detta tipset hj\u00e4lper er s\u00e4kert att h\u00e5lla\u00a0motivationen uppe. N\u00e4mligen Nike&#8217;s nya tr\u00e4ningsapp, den heter\u00a0enkelt Nike Training. Man kan ladda ner tr\u00e4ningprogram helt efter\u00a0just dina m\u00e5l. Du v\u00e4ljer om du vill bli starkare eller mer tonad\u00a0(b\u00e5de och?) och sedan hur van du \u00e4r vid att tr\u00e4na, nyb\u00f6rjade,\u00a0avancerad eller lite mitt i mellan. S\u00e5 f\u00e5r man ett\u00a0fyra-veckorsprogram som du kan f\u00f6lja till punkt och pricka.\u00a0Superenkelt! Jag hade absolut testat om jag inte haft min\u00a0personliga tr\u00e4nare Anna.
