Har totalt k\u00f6rt slut p\u00e5 mig sj\u00e4lv. Jag k\u00f6rde s\u00e5klart Christians styrkeprogram d\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade med marklyft. F\u00f6rra veckan k\u00f6rde jag ett set 60 kg och tv\u00e5 set 50 kg x fem reps. Idag blev det kalas mycket b\u00e4ttre f\u00f6r jag k\u00f6rde set:<br \/>\n1: 50<br \/>\n2: 55<br \/>\n3: 60<br \/>\n4: 65<br \/>\n5: 70 kg. Allts\u00e5 mitt personb\u00e4sta! Det enda jag t\u00e4nkte n\u00e4r jag stod d\u00e4r var p\u00e5 Sandy som k\u00f6r med 90 kg, och hennes r\u00f6st &#8221;svanka, svanka&#8221;. P\u00e5 sk\u00e5nska s\u00e5 klart \ud83d\ude09 haha. Bra inspo! <\/p>\n<p>Sen k\u00f6rde vi axelpress och ketlebellsving, j\u00e4tte jobbigt men det k\u00e4nns bra att jag verkligen jobbat till max. Nu \u00e4r Emil klar i duschen s\u00e5 nu \u00e4r det min tur, sen blir det efterl\u00e4ngtade r\u00e4kor!
