Vi gymmade ju tidigare idag men s\u00e5 \u00e4r det alltid karate p\u00e5 s\u00f6ndagar och idag var jag tr\u00e4nare. Vi k\u00f6rde en del fight och ganska bra med fys. Jag \u00e4r s\u00e5 taggad p\u00e5 att bli starkare s\u00e5 jag ville fokusera p\u00e5 fys idag. Jag l\u00e4gger n\u00e4stan alltid upp mina tr\u00e4ningar efter vad jag sj\u00e4lv \u00e4r sugen att tr\u00e4na p\u00e5. Oftast \u00e4r det kata men ibland fys. Vi k\u00f6rde mycket rumpa\/ben och armar f\u00f6r det anv\u00e4nder vi ju mycket i karate och d\u00e5 \u00e4r det b\u00e4st att vara stark.<\/p>\n<p>Nu ska jag g\u00f6ra mig lite kv\u00e4llsmat och sedan ska vi nog titta p\u00e5 ett par avsnitt av New Girl.
