(Okej, jag har provat yoga typ tre g\u00e5nger i mitt liv men&#8230;.) idag vart det riktigt bra, \u00f6vningarna gav mycket, men framf\u00f6rallt; jag hade s\u00e5dan sinnesro att det vart sjukt! Vart avslappnad och lugn hela passet. Grymt!<br \/>\nF\u00f6rutom d\u00e5 att jag vart lite v\u00e4l lugn n\u00e4r jag k\u00f6rde hem fr\u00e5n SATS s\u00e5 att alla bilarna bakom k\u00f6rde om, aningen irriterade antagligen&#8230;.<br \/>\nNu har jag \u00e4tit en av mina fullkornshavre-scones med extra protein (recept kommer imorgon) och ska snart krypa till kojs. Imorgon \u00e4r en l\u00e5ng, livad dag.
