M\u00e5ste skryta lite.. Har precis b\u00f6rjat k\u00f6ra squats med skivst\u00e5ng och vikter, \u00e4rligt har alltid l\u00f6sa vikter skr\u00e4mt skiten ur mig s\u00e5 nu utnyttjar jag en v\u00e4ldigt god v\u00e4n som f\u00e5r vara socialt st\u00f6d. F\u00f6rra veckan var det teknik med bara skivst\u00e5ngen (f\u00f6r det heter v\u00e4ll s\u00e5?) och bara den v\u00e4ger ju 20 kg, vilket f\u00f6rv\u00e5nade mig, haha, och idag s\u00e5 k\u00f6rde jag squats med vikt p\u00e5 st\u00e5ngen, och jag hade n\u00e4stan lika mycket som min egen kroppsvikt (fattades 4 kg bara!). Stolt f\u00f6r andra f\u00f6rs\u00f6ket, men mer ska nog g\u00e5, d\u00e5 jag \u00e4ven lyckades med <strong>200 kg i benpress<\/strong> &#8211; och gjorde tio reps! HA!<\/p>\n<p>Hur som, spinningen idag var ett <strong>sj\u00e4lvmord<\/strong>. Fick anstr\u00e4nga mig f\u00f6r att andas normalt! Ett bra pass helt enkelt.<\/p>\n<p>Var s\u00e5 hungrig s\u00e5 jag inte riktigt visste var jag skulle ta v\u00e4gen nu s\u00e5 har \u00e4tit yoghurt, keso, flingor, sm\u00f6rg\u00e5s samt finkrisp med brieost och \u00e4r nu m \u00e4 t t. Haha..<\/p>\n<p>Haha, ja, jag \u00e4r p\u00e5 gott hum\u00f6r.. <em>Har goda nyheter men v\u00e5gar inte avsl\u00f6ja dem \u00e4n d\u00e5 inget \u00e4r s\u00e4kert<\/em>.. \u00a0Firar hur som med att best\u00e4lla tv\u00e5 proteinpulver&#8230; Ha!
