Har du n\u00e5gra andra bra och enkla tips p\u00e5 vad man kan ha det till? N\u00e4r den \u00e4r n\u00e4sta klar kan du kn\u00e4cka i 1-2 \u00e4ggvitor, konsistensen blir b\u00e4ttre d\u00e5 och proteinhalten h\u00f6js avsev\u00e4rt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mer eller mindre s\u00e5 g\u00f6r jag min havregrynsgr\u00f6t, men sen kan du v\u00e4lja att smaks\u00e4tta och s\u00f6ta den med exempelvis:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vaniljpulver, mosad banan, rivet \u00e4pple, kryddor (kanel, kardemumma, ingef\u00e4ra m.m.), kakao, stevia, socker eller proteinpulver.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ang topping:<\/strong> Som svar p\u00e5 din fr\u00e5ga s\u00e5 sj\u00e4lvklart! Jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r \u00e4r det godaste att ha p\u00e5! L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 det n\u00e4r gr\u00f6ten \u00e4r varm s\u00e5 blir det lite s\u00e5d\u00e4r mjukt.. Supergott!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annan topping:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Min bastoppen \u00e4r mer eller mindre jordn\u00f6ttssm\u00f6r och keso. Det har jag alltid p\u00e5.. Sen \u00e4r det j\u00e4ttegott med frukt och b\u00e4r, kvarg, smaksatt keso\/kvarg, kryddor (kanel, kardemumma, ingef\u00e4ra m.m.), honung, yoghurt, sirap, mj\u00f6lk, proteinfluff &#8211; U name it! Lyxa med m\u00f6rkt choklad.. Haha, m\u00f6jligheterna \u00e4r o\u00e4ndliga och det \u00e4r det som \u00e4r s\u00e5 bra med gr\u00f6t. Toppa den mycket s\u00e5 blir det som godast!<\/p>\n<p>Hoppas du fick svar p\u00e5 din fr\u00e5ga och orkade l\u00e4sa hela svaret! Haha.
