Havregryn g\u00e5r bra som de \u00e4r ocks\u00e5!)<\/li>\n<li>3 msk chokladcasein<\/li>\n<li>1 stor msk kakao<\/li>\n<li>2 krm vaniljpulver<\/li>\n<li>1 tsk honung<\/li>\n<li>2 msk kvarg<\/li>\n<li>Kallt kaffe (ca 2 msk)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5h\u00e4r:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Blanda alla ingredienser och st\u00e4ll i kylen en stund. Rulla till bollar eller \u00e4t smeten som den \u00e4r. Gott att rulla i exempelvis kokos eller kakao men jag har just nu sn\u00f6at in mig p\u00e5 solrosfr\u00f6n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Har du ingen proteinpulver s\u00e5 \u00e4r mina nyttiga chokladbollar v\u00e4ldigt goda ocks\u00e5!
